I had a great time at the Moab rally; I enjoyed meeting everyone and learned quite a bit from other Escape owners. How many people did we have, anyway? There was certainly a big turnout at the dinner Saturday night.

It was an enjoyable event. Lucky we had good weather at Moab. The bad weather that moved in the last night has followed us to Mesa Verde. 27 degrees and snowing lightly

I think the people count was 27 and the trailer count about 14.

My thanks to everyone for making the Rally successful. Now, with all the great help especially from Kathy and Jim, lets work on another one.

We are also in Mesa Verde and were going to do other CO parks but now just want to head back to the Northwest where they are going to have high 70's week.

Where are you staying in Mesa? We are at Mesa Verde RV Park.

Don't rush back, the weather is changing to rain on Saturday with several days of rain after. Actually, it starts cooling down on Friday

Thanks to Patti for all her efforts, it was a great time. Was our first rally and also the first week without any hook ups. We spent 3 days in Mesa Verde and it was cooler that expected and snowed the day we left. Used the furnace a couple of nights, and with the cloudy weather didn't use the solar. Moab provided sunny and warmer weather so the batteries got recharged. Also used the shower for the first time.
Got to see the first new 5.0 along with a couple 21's. Both really nice designs. Several 19's but each very different with personal mods. Learned a lot from other folks and gained confidence in battery, water and general off grid usage.
BC Ron's aluminum front box is very nicely done and he has made towel bars that are great. Hopefully he will post some pics of them. I suggested he make a few to sell. I'd buy them!
AZ jack's 21 is a treat to see. Nancy sure can decorate!
Everyone was really friendly and was fun putting a person with a name on the forum. Sorry picture wannabes, we are not picture takers

We're in Mesa Verde at the park campground. We did it all today and had every kind of weather from bright sun with a bitterly cold wind to hail bouncing off the rocks at Balcony House. Tomorrow it's off to Monument Valley.

A couple more photos. One of a group dinner and the other shows the opening of the "possible pouches" after a very yummy potluck breakfast. That was fun but I know now the I should have "stolen" Myron's one with the volt meter because mine crapped out today

Great rally

Great photos, always good fun to see!

Interesting campsite, not at all what I am used too. I can see solar power working way better than amidst all the trees around here.
