Just curious, at what point does the rally fill up? Or can we decide at last minute and still get a site?

I'd suggest you contact the cg- I believe it is called Riverside, but they can tell you better info. If you want a good site, the earliest you choose the better view you will have. We had an unobstructed view of the river last year.

Hi: nathanj... The 30A SEW sites are the fewest in number. It's a very intimate park where everything is close. We'll be on site 52 with SEW full hookups. Pic's from years past!!! Alf

Not that I'm any kind of an expert but last year and the year before there were some sites open through the weekend. Like Commander Alf says, the sites are a little closer than in some campgrounds but the people camping are respectful and mostly veteran campers who value comeraderie and show respect for fellow campers. Restrooms/ showers are very clean, access to the falls and Canadian attractions can't be beat. If you're not an accomplished camper, you will be by the end of the weekend, right Alf?

You Will have fun. The Falls, the Parkway with its quaint tiny houses, the flower clock, the wineries, Niagara on the lake. The view of the river and best of all the folks at the rally. Rain or shine, there's something for everyone." Hey look, there's a Dairy Queen with parking" was my most notable quote from last year. If you're coming from the states gas and beer up before crossing, if you're a wino, spend some money with the good folks who have the tasting rooms. There is a Wally Mart nearby so you can get about anything there. If you jog about 6 miles late Saturday, you will burn off enough Saturday Night Potluck to enjoy the only Sunday meal you'll need, Brunch at Betty's. That's what Alf and I did last year, right Alf?

Hi: LDRay... Glad to have you over. We actually live 20 min. S. of the 401/402 interchanges near St. Thomas On. 1 hr. E. of Sarnia/Pt. Huron.
Having a rally at "The Falls" is great as there's so much to see, do, and sample.
As Iowa Dave well knows Betty's Sun. Brunch is legendary too!!! Welcome... Alf

Hi!
We have been thinking about coming up to join you all for the Niagara Rally, and know it's kind of late. Just wondering if we don't get a site with sewer do they have a dump station?
Thanks!

Hi Escape Artist, I gave J-P a tour of my trailer the other day and he mentioned you were coming to Orleans. I hope we can all get together at Timmies while you're in the neighbourhood. Have a safe trip.

Does anyone know if there is a preferred bridge for crossing from the US to CA from the east? I see there is the Peace bridge as well as one downtown Niagara Falls. Haven't been there since pre 911.

You can find them all with the Canada Border Services Agency's listing of Highway/Land Border Offices. Once you have a short list of crossing locations which permit your type of crossing (e.g. Nexus or not) you can check wait times on the CBSA website (linked to the crossing pins on the map). Presumably you would consider information such as opening hours (since minor offices are often open only limited daytime hours... although bridges are generally major crossings). There can be a big difference in wait times at crossings in the same area.

Headed to the Niagara area, presumably the Buffalo and Niagara area crossings (four in total) would be of most interest, but there are also a couple bridges along the St. Lawrence and many from Vermont and Maine, if you want to travel through eastern Ontario rather than New York State.

I know you do not want the Buffalo exit and if the Peace B ridge is south of ZBuffalo then that is the one I use..
