2017 Escape Trailer Pancake/French Toast Breakfast

For the past couple of years Marlene and Dennis have provided everyone with a Pancake Breakfast on Saturday and Jim and Lisa have provided us with a French Toast Breakfast on Sunday.

This year Marlene and Dennis will be sharing the kitchen with Jim and Lisa combining the Pancake Breakfast with the French Toast Breakfast.

Coffee w/Cream and Sugar will be provided by Barry and Cindy Justice.

If you are able to help or would like to provide condiments such as fruit or syrup. Please contact the Escape Office Team or Respond Below.

Just as Tammy said, it will be on Saturday just as last couple years. The only ones who are affected are us joining Marlene and Dennis. Sunday will be the usual potluck.

Thanks for clarifying, we missed the Sunday's potluck last time as we got on the road early Sunday. Nice to have a breakfast on Saturday....

You weren't the only one to skedaddle early. Others wanting to be home on Sunday did too. I could breakfast and still make it home easy, but I always add at least another day.

What am I missing? Nothing has changed from previous years other than Lisa and I are moving our French toast production joining Marlene and Dennis on Saturday. Sunday is the potluck.

Thanks for hosting this Breakfast Dennis, Marlene, Jim and Lisa. As per last year I will bring syrup and will post as such. Regular, lite, low Fructose, natural Maple from Iowa and Wisconsin. This will be from Eric and Mary Thompson and Dave and Rita Smith. For the Sunday potluck we'll dream up something else .

Have one XL can of whip cream ready.

With the wet/cold spring the local produce is delayed, by I heard 3 weeks, minimum.

I have to laugh here. Despite some thinking that it is very clear in the first post, I see absolutely no mention of which day the combined breakfast is in that post. I was confused and I'm not even going.

But then Jim posted in #8 to clarify for a second time.

This is the third year in a row there has been a breakfast on Saturday. It is not a potluck event, used to be Marlene and Dennis doing pancakes, but I am joining them, moving my French toast production to Saturday as well.

Would love some of your French toast. Actually, I might like their pancakes, too!

Hi Jim Norman
There will be syrup, several kinds, compliments Eric and Mary, and Dave and Rita. There will be maple syrup from both Iowa and Wisconsin. I could pick up some sorghum too. but I don't think anybody from Pennsylvania has the intestinal tract ( guts) to digest it.
