I have a 2017 21with "U"dinette next to the registration trailer (look for a pair of tilted solar panels on the roof).

Hi everyone, just returned yesterday from south east Asia, we were gone 6 weeks.

Because we sold our Escape and RAM pick up truck last fall we planned on taking the van replacement we ordered just before our overseas trip. It was to be delivered late January and held at the dealer for us. Yesterday we found out delivery is delayed 4-5 weeks. We had planned on this event being our new RVs maiden voyage.

Looks like Quartzsite 2018 will not happen for us ; >(
Will read all your Quartzsite reports and wish you all a great time.
Will now pencil in 2019 as we love big events like Quartzsite.

Regards to all.
Santiago and Kim.

Now that I've got my 2018 pin and an Escape pin I guess I don't have to hang around any longer. Just kidding, it's great to see so many familiar faces.

Just reading back my own post here, I am quite wrong in the eight years. I’ve come along way in a few months planning early retirement, and it’s only a matter of time. Next two or three years max. Medical is the hurdle, but we believe we have a solution there as well. I hope that is.

We're delayed. I came down with a cold Tuesday and feel poorly today. Hopefully feeling better tomorrow and can drive over. If not, Friday for sure.

Denise drove to Blyth today and saw all the eggs from the freeway. She says it looks like a good turn out.

Thanks.

I did a count early afternoon & there were 107 trailers, with more coming in all day.

Me too Rick. We stopped for an enroute camp last Saturday on the way to SE AZ and camping next to I-10 alone ain't happening for us so we were off early Sunday. Prescott, Sedona, now at Roosevelt Lake. Ahhh.

Really enjoy meeting other Escapees out there on the road as you say.

Quartzsite

We will be driving over tomorrow morning and hoping to visit everyone and maybe see a 17B. We have our new Escape scheduled for July pickup and getting anxious to once again have our own bed to go. We'll be there late morning, visit a while, drive back to Phoenix area to spend the night at son's house.

Bummer. Denise and I are both sick as dogs, real nasty cold. SO, we'll have to plan for next year.

Have fun.
