A Thank-You to Jim and Noel
Glenn, Abby ,and I would like to thank Jim and Noel for organizing and hosting the 1st Eastern Escape Rally. It was so much fun meeting so many nice people. We have learned a lot about camping and our escape from those that attended and we thank you one and all.

Our Thanks for a Great Weekend
We also want to thank Jim and Noel for hosting the Rally and for sharing their campfire each night. We were warmed by the campfires and by the conversations they inspired.
We look forward to meeting up with other "escapees" as we travel around the country. Bob and Sue

Yep,
Thanks Jim and Noel for setting this up. It was nice meeting and putting faces to screen names albeit I probably won't recall them next year. Well maybe the one weird Canuck that snuck in him I will remember "Teach it the Words So It Doesn't Hum" ! Indeed lol..Thanks to J.V for the photos to they came out great . Oh if anyone wants a step ladder for their unit get J.V to take pic of his folded up it is BA as soon as I find one it will be in the trailer.

thank you and excitement
First a big thank you to everyone that we met this weekend some great advise and tips were offered.
On the ride home we got to test out the emergency break away cable feature. Luckily it was on the turn to our driveway. The cable wrapped around some items in the bed of the truck and on the turn into the driveway it pulled the pin on the trailer. It's nice to know that it will work if ever needed.

Cypher- Camping World has that ladder in three sizes.
It was fun and educational! Thanks all!
We stopped at Camping World on the way home for a few items and ended up doing a showing of our trailer! They said I was a great salesman!
Cheers!

Yes, a big thanks to Jim and Noel. Is it too early to start planning next year? I've got lots of shopping on Amazon between now and then.

My suggestion was to move it around some if it is possible to find nice places to go . IE NJ, PA, MD, VA,W . VA and maybe DE. It would allow for some from other areas of the East Coast to make it to one.

It was a pleasure to meet fellow Escapees and place names with faces. The conversations were interesting and the comradery that exists between us and shared will always be remembered, hope to see everyone again at the Second First Annual Eastern Escape Rally next year....
