Jim to address your question, yes it certainly made it easier to visit all the sites one wanted to see by having the first part of the rally in the south part of the Black Hills and the last part here by Sturgis. It was easy moving during the week. Some have thought that a whole week rally is too long but we have found it just perfect since there's so much to do here.
It's been a great rally. Jeanine has done a superb job of planning and executing this "moveable" rally and certainly one advantage has been that we have different neighbours in this campground than we had at the last, and being a small rally have gotten to know almost everyone.
We've been together for coffee each morning, then the rest of the day was for whatever adventure each individual/couple wished to take part in. Something took place every evening from campfire to pot luck to nature talk to music jam to desert night and tonight the campground has a great little band playing at the beer garden.
