The http://www.woodenshoe.com/, 40 acres of blooming tulips just outside Woodburn. If coming from the North, you'll pass right by it!

Thanks for posting that Donna. I would love to make it to Oregon while the tulips are in bloom. I have a few friends there who have many gorgeous shots of them (1 is in Salem, 2 are in Albany), it is quite the sight.

I saw the notice for the July 2010 meet too, how many do you folks do every year, and are they all at the same site? It sure seems like you draw a good sized crowd. Lots of fun.

I really like staying in Oregon State Parks, they are quite nice.

Hi Jim. Typically the NOG has 40-45 trailers. We hold two NOGs a year. The first is always the last full weekend in April, the second is always the second full weekend in October. This NOG has been fondly called, Donna D's traveling road show because we only go to any park twice... then move the NOG to some place else. The NOG is also known as the Not Organized Gathering. This is a laid-back, lawnchair and laughter kinda gathering. No workshops, no organized trailer tours... if you see someone sitting outside their trailer and you want to see inside... just ask. Name tags are necessary (and I give away a prize), but participants make their own... time to get creative!!

Yeah! Come on out to Oregon. We'd show you a good time!

I guess then that there are two different Oregon gatherings then. I assumed they were related, but I guess the one that just passed is independent of the NOG's you are referring too.

You guys sure do party down there lots.

Right, two different groups. The big Oregon Gathering is in July in Bandon, Oregon at Bullard's State Park.

The NOGs are the Northern Oregon Gathering, April and October. Then there's the Washington Gathering, in June.

Well, I can say that whenever I've been down that way, it was always fun. And luckily, very little wet.

I've updated the listing and the map Brian!! There will be more information about the "doings" in the FiberglassRV topic the closer we get to the gathering. Shoot, it's still 8 months off... and we've got to get through winter first.
