Osoyoos WiFi connection
How is it set up there? One central wifi spot in the clubhouse or do they have repeaters through the camping areas?

They have repeaters. I still got lousy service last summer and complained to Eastlink and they returned my money. They were working on service at the time.
You have to pay for WiFi and the campground takes no responsibility.

There are repeaters at each of the bath and club houses. They were installing new ones last year during the rally. Depending on your location your strength can vary. Interesting enough, cell service from US can be had in parts of the park.
Do not forget your loonies for the bathhouse....

I don't remember if I bought the campground WiFi or ended up getting a US Verizon signal for my Jetpack, but it was fast enough for me to post 5 pages of photos during the 2014 rally.

The signal is only 1-2 bars back here in the back corner, but surprising to me our Verizon jetpack works. I reckon we're close enough to the U.S. border here that the signal filters over. Doesn't do this anywhere else that's further out though.
I get better phone reception than the Mr. as mine operates off wi-fi as well. He has to be careful where he's standing with his old flip phone.
I don't know about any of the other U.S. carriers other than to tell you that my T-mobile service on my iPad has to have cellular roaming ON in order to work. I'm don't know who their Canadian partners are to avoid racking up roaming charges so the Verizon working is a boon.

Att Canada Roaming uograde
If you contact ATT retention (dial 611) they will add their "Canadian Roaming" package to your plan at no charge. Good for free talk to/from Canada, and 1 GB of data at no charge. Think that texting falls under the 1GB freebie, but not sure.

iOS has a setting to 'lock' the carrier in, instead of auto selecting. At least the phone does.

US - AT&T Customers Calls and Data Are Free in Canada
Just in case any of you missed it, Charlie (Tractor) made a significant mention for US customers of AT&T who are travelling to the rally, Chilliwack or any trip into Canada. Or, if you live on the border and are getting dinged for roaming when unknown to you a Canadian phone tower collects your signal.
The plan is unlimited data and text while in Canada and 1GB of data per month. It does not expire or need to be renewed.
It is free, it is only open to US customers without a business account, applies to all phones on your plan and only requires a call to the Retention Department. This is a new plan called Canada Roaming Bonus, it started in February. The only way to get the plan is through Retentions.
Here is a link to a discussion of the new plan.
Note: I do not work for AT&T, just recognize a good deal when I see one.
