Hello Everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know the Campground is now full! We have 165 people registered for this year's rally.

If you are hoping to attend this year's rally and have been advised by the Nk'Mip Campground there are no sites available I would recommend posting below that you are looking for a site. We have had a couple of cancellations and at this time the campground will not process refunds.

If you need to cancel:

1) Post here to see if someone would like to take your site.
2) Once agreed update your thread stating your site is no longer available.
3) Contact the campsite and add the persons name to your reservation.
4) Advise ETI you will not be attending the rally.

If you are looking for a campsite:

1) Review this thread to see if a campsite is available.
2) Contact ETI and advise us you will be attending the rally.

This is not a surprise as you put on a great event!

This will be our 4th Osoyoos Rally, 2014/2015/2017/2019 and there some who have attended every one which I believe is like 8 or 9 events. I highly recommend bringing a bike as the cg is very large.

This will be Jasper's 10th Escape rally. His 11th rally with Reace and Tammy, as we went to one they were at when we picked up our 19 in 2009.

Have a reservation for 4 nights. May 22_May 26. Have paid $60 for reservation. Need to cancel for medical reasons. Just need your name if interested and Campground will transfer my reservation to you. You probably don't have to stay 4 nights if not interested in doing so. I find this website extremely challenging to navigate so will give my phone #: 206.440.7847. You may call me or text me. Tomorrow, I will call Campground and just cancel if no one responds.

You would probably be better off calling the phone number Sage provided. PMs for those that are not 'trusted' members can be problematic. Trusted members are those with more than 10 posts.

Thanks. I did call her. We had an illuminating political discussion as well as dealt with far ranging subjects such as tornadoes, Route 2 along the US/Canadian border, and other things. Just as important, Sage is going to call the campground and mention me by name. Even if they don't recognize who I am, the backup strategy is to call them and assume possession of her site.

We just today got back from the desert and had not as of yet booked for the Rally.
We will gladly take over your reservation, but how to proceed and reimburse you?
Normally it is still time to book by now but I guess it is more and more popular.

Hello Osoyoos Rally people.
Called the camp ground and got a site.The lady said they had one left.So, it might be a good idea to call directly and not give up.We were super late because we had been out travelling for six weeks and did not realize it would fill up 165 sites.Wow.

I called the campground on Monday, and they had opened up a few more sites. I got a site.

Josie and I have to cancel our reservation for the rally due to a unplanned family commitment . We had planed on arriving May 21 and leaving on the 28th. Before we cancel we thought to offer it up to the forum. We have a deposit with the campground of $60. Give me a call or text at 864-580-0646 and we can make arrangements.
