The web page, which shows a copyright date in 2014, says that the basic trailer "is patented and manufactured in France", while the truck-mounted version is "Available in 2015" and the larger trailer is "Available in 2016." Translated from proposal-speak to the real world, that means it's not in production, and the idea has stalled so badly that they have not even maintained the website for three years.
My guess is that no more than a couple of prototypes of the 3X have been built. They did get the Seattle Times to publish (in an
article that is clearly just advertising) that it is "coming to the U.S. and Canada in 2017", but the author has not likely even seen a prototype, let alone production models or a distribution commitment.
