A Message from the Office

Hello Everyone,

I thought it was time for the Office to create their own User so you know when things are coming from the Office (Sales) and when they are coming from Reace (Production).

As you can imagine we are in a time of transition; between the renovations and preparing for the big unveil of the NEW 2017 Escape on March 24, 2016. Things in the office are working in dual mode 2016 (Current) and 2017 (Very Near Future).

We have been trying to update the website in preparation for release of the 2017 production schedule. However, miscommunication between myself and the web-tech has allowed some of changes for 2017 to become live and merge into the 2016 Standard Features and Options List. Which is creating some confusion for current customers who have a trailer on order. We want to ensure everyone with a trailer on order for 2016 your Options and Standard Features have not changed.

Once the new molds are ready for their big photo shoot and Reace and I have finalized the Standard Features and Confirmed the Pricing List we will make our 'ghost' site live which will reflect the new Options and Standard Features for 2017. All NEW orders will be processed based on the new 2017 pricing.

Once the molds have been unveiled, those customers with a 17' or 19' Escape on order with a completion date in June will have the opportunity to decide between purchasing a 2016 Model with the current pricing and options or a 2017 Model with the new pricing and options. As the other molds become available we will provide our remaining customers with the opportunity to choose as well. - Reace promises they are not too far behind!

As we are giving customers the opportunity to choose between the 2016 and 2017 models we will be manufacturing two different trailers from June through to December 2016.

The office will contact each owner providing them with updates as information becomes available. We apologize for any confusion the website changes are causing at this time and encourage everyone to monitor the forum for updates.

We hope you are as excited, nervous, and anxious as we are over the upcoming adventures of Escape Trailer Industries.

Tammy

I think a lot of us! Especially those that might have a choice between the two different versions.

Thanks for the update!

I've got this strange mental image of Jim Norman setting by a Christmas tree pulling a corner off a present to see if he can see what's inside. He obviously can't wait. Steady Jim

Thanks Tammy! Sarah has been great with my questions and I was wondering if you're toll free number works for the US (not an international call).
Best way to give you a deposit on a 2017? We were just going to call and give you a credit card number.
Thanks!
Rich

Rich, you are likely better to give Tammy a call, or send an email, as they don't regularly monitor this site. Sarah too could answer these questions. I am sure they would be glad to let you pay with your credit card.

We paid our deposit with a credit card. Just one quick phone call. And yes, the toll free number works fine.

At first, I tried paying my deposit with Jim's credit card. That did not go so well.
