I agree with you Donna!

I was referring to the factory that builds them wherever that may be.

ETI obviously builds excellent trailers and should not have to deal with these refrigerators other then to install them. They should be trouble free !

We experienced a similar issue in our first long trip. Cheers to Reace for working on it - especially since it appears to be a Dometic issue.

I couldn't agree more! Thanks to Reach for helping me with the baffle mod, he could have just said it was Dometic's problem and walked away. What a great guy and a awesome company!
