Confusing ETI email

Has anyone gotten the following email from ETI? We were somewhat perplexed. We thought maybe regarding the wine tour:

"Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible. For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately."

Ticket ID: POV-762-92126
Subject: Re: New Private Message at Escape Trailer Owners Community
Department: General Support
Type: Issue
Status: Open
Priority: Medium

"You can check the status of or reply to this ticket online at: http://www.socialknowledge.com/support/index.php?/social/Tickets/Ticket/View/POV-762-92126"

First, that's not from or about Escape Trailer Industries - it is from the forum operators (SocialKnowledge.net). This should be in the Forum Help | Announcements | Suggestion Box section, not Escape News.

It looks like you may have unintentionally sent a message to the forum administrators, likely by replying to an email notification which the forum sent to you about a private message (PM). The forum system appears to be acknowledging your message, which it assumes is a request for support.

Yes, you are probably correct. I inadvertently replied to a private message the incorrect way and I'm sure it went to the administrators instead of the sender. I'm still learning how to get around of the forum and I thank you for your response and information on this. I wasn't sure where to post it but now I know!
