Hi Karl,
Those are attractive offers if a person is ready to go. Hope you’re having a good summer and enjoying the challenges of your operation. Our 2013 Escape, production number 006 has been very good to us and continues to serve us well. When are you coming east to rally with us, and leave some money in the good old US of A?

We had been talking about getting a 5.0TA and had already made plans to go up to Chilliwack when we got word of this sale. After looking carefully at the 5.0 we put a deposit down for an Oct 25 completion date.

We called Monday about the 19 and put our deposit down. Saw your post on Facebook and decided we should act now instead of waiting till August when we plan to visit ETI. Thanks for the savings.

Looking at the dates the sale is coming to a close soon if not already.

Karl,

Just so you know, This is the first I have heard of this. It isn't a big deal as we aren't in the market for a new trailer, but wanted you to know that some names / email addresses etc may be missing from your CRM tool.

best,

Leon

It must have been going on for at least 3 months because when we first saw the promotion on the forum back then we ordered. Great deal for us, we were going to order anyway.

Thanks so much for the savings! I was contemplating the purchase of a used model, but your offer made it possible for me to purchase a 17B loaded with everything I"ll need to boondock in all types of weather. Also, just for the record, your customer service people are second to NONE! Truly stellar folks!

Hi Dave, We are currently in early stage planning for a USA get together later in the fall. Sharon and Joldie are hunting around for a location based on feedback from the group on Facebook. Needs to be somewhere warm.

Thx Brightday. Really glad we could get you into a new Escape. Melisa, Joldie, and Linda are wonderful, empathetic people. They embody the customer centric culture that make us different (and I hope people see that as better).

Hi Ron, I ran a promotion for summer dates back in April. This is indeed a new one. Glad we got you in early.

Hi Leon W,

We have implemented Hubspot as our new CRM tool. We are learning and inputting info, trying to get all customers into the database. I should clarify that I sent out an early bird notice to customers who had reached out to us via the web submission. 342 initial contacts and ended at around 400. This was all prior to the website/Facebook and forum. We are being careful not to pester people too much.

Our new website is coming very soon, and it will have a host of new features driven from the CRM tool e.g., Used sales by customer, Opt in for new product design, newsletters, warranty support etc.

We'll make sure to get the word out so that all Escapee's can opt to join in. This way we can make sure we don't miss anyone.

Hi dmdunca44,
I'm delighted that we could get your 5.0TA into the process.

Hi Karl
That sounds good. You’ll get lots of suggestions for location and no doubt good participation. Glad to hear you’re coming to America. You are most welcome here.

Which Facebook group? I know of at least three.

It was like shooting fish in a barrel for you. We already had a 19 and already decided we were going to order a 21. The deduction was icing on the cake. All sales should be so easy.

There are 3? I only know of the two including Escape's own page. That must be it, though I don't remember seeing much there. This is one of the issues with Facebook groups, there can end up being so many with the same intentions, and then many folks end up left out on what could be a good thing.

Though I have heard something about an "American" site where they try to keep us wild Canucks out.

I'm aware of Escape Travel Trailers and Escape Owners of America as the two....

I joined the ESCAPE OWNERS OF AMERICA Facebook group hoping that someone closer to me (here in Texas) would list an Escape for sale. That didn't happen, and because of the sale, I ended up buying new. I also thought that local rallies might be posted in the US FB group but have been too focused on buying options to notice whether or not that has happened. Some folks post in both places, but I would have missed the sale altogether if someone hadn't posted about it on this forum, and this remains the place where I receive most of my valuable information and help. So grateful for it!!! 🌻
