Wow. One of the articles mentions that RCMP have searched almost all of the adjacent area except for one -- where there have been numerous bear sightings. Hope he's safe.

That's a beautiful camping park with Ainsworth Hot Springs just up the road. One of our Canadian favorites.

I hope they find him soon, it's wild country that is often cold and wet.

When I saw it on the news tonight--they showed a "stickie" with a slide out--hope it's not one of "us"......

The news people seem to be confused: judging from both this post and a comment on the Global article, two different trailers (one an Escape 17, the other not and Escape) have been shown as Paul Tayes's trailer.

Sad news. I had completely forgotten about this story but came across the link today. For those who don't know, the missing camper Paul Tayes was found dead in Kootenay Lake on September 11th by a kayaker. May he rest in peace, blessings to his family.
