Re: Meet the Escapee's - Glenn's Interview
Jeff and Glenn, thank you very much for the great interview!!! Was fun.
For next time I need to figure out how to log into the chat, as I was not able to post on there. Every time I tried to post a question, it kept asking me for login, even though I was logged into our forum. As a result, no question from me was seen. I don't know whether that is a Macintosh thing. Did anybody else have this problem? I am just soooo happy though that I still was able to follow the interview!!!
Gerda

You have to sign in to the site that hosts the chatting as well, Gerda. I was having issue with it too, until I realized I could not use a space between my names for some reason. For obvious reasons I was not on the chat during the last interview.

Re: Meet the Escapee's - Glenn's Interview
I'll check that out for the next interview.. It was supposed to let you post w/o logging on to Ustream to create an account.. At least that was supposed to happen.. I set it up that way..
Each show is a learning process as I tried to get all the bugs worked out prior.. this one had a better stream, the delay was about 5 sec from broadcast to end viewer and of course we never "blew-up", which is always a good thing.. I also need to balance the audio a little better and cut away to the interviewee more, especially as we get questions from the audience as it get distracting having me lean over to get the question..but we'll work it out..
Glenn was great and loved his stories..next we have to get Leslie on to hear her side..

Yeah...I'm thinkin' some of the stories might just change a wee bit.
I sure am looking forward to meeting some of the other Escapees, Dirk (well I actually have met him in real life), Sandra, Doug, Dan, Alf, Ron, Anna-Marie, maybe Reace & Tammy, and so on, and so on.

Hi Gerda,
I too have a Mac and had a ton of problems. I just kept persisting and went to my e-mail address, where I received a confirmatory e-mail from Ustream. It didn't work at first, but eventually I got through.
I had previously sighned up with Skype and that user name and password, oertained to that...though I don't know why. Contact Jeff, Im sure he will have answers.
Gerda
