page 129 of that thread to be exact. I hope this link works!
The link goes to page 129... but what that means depends on how the viewer their preferences set. What is on page 129 for one person (using the default 10 posts per page) could be on page 33 for another person (using 40 posts per page).

You can make a link to a specific post by right-clicking (on a real computer, or doing something equivalent on a mobile device or whatever you use) on the post number in the upper right corner of the post, which shows the post number.

Do you mean these ones?

URLs that are posted within the forum as direct links to a particular response, are by the post number, not the page number. It doesn't matter how the individual is viewing the page, because the post number does not change.

It's when someone just says... see page 29 of this thread, but doesn't provide a direct link that problems occur.

Yes, links should be to posts, but Hollybee's link was to the page (129) as seen by that user; it's right there in the URL (shown in bold):
its-friday-2017-and-beyond-8031-129.html

In contrast, while the link which I suggested does contain a page number (65 for me, in italics) that page number is ignored because it also contains the explicit post identifier (in bold), just as with Donna's example:
its-friday-2017-and-beyond-8031-65.html#post315017

That's exactly what Hollybee did, and that is understandable.

Changed the thread title to eliminate confusion about "Today" always being present...

After looking over the new website I could not find any way to separately order the one thing I might want from them, that new neat, standard 2 burner flat recessed stove top.

Nice to see they dropped $200 off the front tongue box.

Since these numbers change daily, I'm sure they are just there for a reference and the factory can give you the current numbers.

I don't think it makes any sense to publish a price list which is not the actual price, which is what that would imply.

I'd rather have a price be it old or new, to get an estimate than to have to ask for the cost for each individual option or change contemplated. At least that number is a starting point, although it may not be the actual current price.

You would think the Canadian price should be accurate but who knows. If anyone finds out please update us.

As Brian said it doesn’t make sense to give a price list if it is inaccurate unless that is clearly stated.

Years ago, working in a gas station, when fuel prices changed, which were not frequent, it took us maybe 30 minutes to change all the pump numbers and then get on a ladder and change the signs overhead. Now adays they just push a button and electronics take over. But I never understood the need to change so quick nor so often.
