I think I just found my next purchase, wish list would be an optional double sink, a compartment that would fit a Honda 2000 generator with a transfer switch, 30LB propane tanks, a 2 door fridge/freeze and ducted heating.

You asked for it Doug and Eileen... and they kinda make it. It's called an Oliver... but add approx. 15-20 THOUSAND to the purchase price over a similarly sized Escape. Oliver is building a 22' trailer with most of those things. It looks like a Casita... stretched and the entire interior is gel coat. Kinda like living/sleeping inside a refrigerator

...and looks like a hospital on the inside, what with the stark white interior.
A well build, albeit very pricey, trailer though.

Reace, another wee thought, and maybe it is just this modified image of the trailer, but could the awning be a couple feet longer, extending the support right to the rear. This would allowing for a larger access hatch on the curb dinette side. Just a thought.

I really gotta quit looking at this, our 19 does work quite well for us.

Jim, I thought the same thing.. then I remembered, that "first" trailer was a prototype. When I saw that at Bandon... hummm, no one would want an awning leg right blocking a window... I supposing they slapped on a 19' awning. After all, Reace and Tammy and the girls left Bandon for an extended vacation in that "brand new 21' " trailer to check out everything. Since they were headed for Death Valley (in July ) they had to have shade... even if it was short.

Checking the specs... the difference in the length between the 19' and the 21' awning is 12'-3" for the 19' vs 13'-5" 21'

I'm thinking everything is just as buyers would expect.

I love the new layout, but we had a garage built for our current 5.0 with no extra room for anything bigger. Too bad, it sure looks like a winner.
