Thanks Tammy for the update. Seems every day here in the US we face another bureaucracy imposing new rules, and it's too bad you folks were affected by this. Good to hear you've made some progress.

Unfortunately I don't think owning a Canadian trailer gets you any points on the Canadian immigration system! Don't ask me how I know this!
