That looks like the common 3/8" SAE flare on the end of the hose (just like our Porta Chef grills) so the ready-made hose®ulator sets should be the right fit.
I doubt that end can be re-used. It might be possible to re-use the regulator end, but I wouldn't count on it. Also, it's hard to find anyone to make custom propane hoses - usually a "barbecue" store will only assemble components, so a "custom" hose will be a factory-built hose with male pipe thread or female flare ends, plus adapters screwed onto it.
If you can find someone who builds propane hoses, they usually do it for just the price of the parts (no extra for the building labour). If you only need one end fitting, it would be so cheap that it would hardly be worth the time to get Napolean to pay for it.
This common hose set is the same used on a Porta Chef, so if you have a leftover you could use that... but I just checked and my Porta Chef hose is even shorter, at about 20 inches. It reaches the tank fine, but sits lower on its legs than it would on a picnic table.
