Or from the manufacturer:
Portable Grill2Go® X200 Gas Grill
The key feature which appears to separate this from other small grills appears to be the "infrared" burner... but in the illustration it appears to be a conventional burner. It also claims "flexible fuel", but it is simply a high-pressure propane appliance.
It looks like a well-constructed grill.

Char-Broil is an inexpensive grill. That's about all I have to say about it.

BTW.
I'm retiring my Dickinson Spitfire. Going back to the Weber Q.
Get uneven burn and if you leave the lid open to keep the heat down, the handle requires tongs to close the lid.

Doug,
By tried the "other one", what are you referring to? The Dickinson, Napoleon?

Had a Porta-Chef by Broil King and I still have another cheap one in the shed, sorry its name escapes me right now. We use the Weber Q1000 with the trailer and a Weber Q220 at home.
Cheers

Love our Weber Q100, especially with the griddle accessory. We make breakfast on it nearly every morning while camping! And it works well, too, with the quick connect propane from our 17B (Tomago). To make life even easier, we've added an ultra-lightweight aluminium table so we can tap off Tomago while keeping the awning out. Makes for great cooking during the rain.

My buddy has the Broil King. I've seen it and seen him put it together. I'd be constantly losing parts.
I've worn out two Broil King Porta Chefs ( old designs ).

Can't speak for other grills, but I know it is easy to get parts from Weber if they are ever needed. And they are easy to convert to low pressure.

We recently purchased the Charbroil X200 grill .So far so good .It is not a Weber but it costs about half of what a Weber Q1000 costs. Unlike the other portable grills we've owned the Charbroil actually gets hot enough to sear a steak, but how they claim the Charbroil is true infrared is an amazement to me. The grill is solidly built but how long it will last is still up in the. air after all it's still a Charbroil !

Same for my Porta Chef: parts (burner tube and flame spreader) in stock at the local Barbecue Country store, and the same conversion to low-pressure supply as other grills with a regulator separate from the control.

Broil King ( Porta Chef ) and Weber have a distribution agreement. Broil King distributes Weber parts in Canada and Weber distributes Broil King in the U.S.
Works very well.

I recently had my burners on my Weber Summit Gold replaced under warranty by Weber. They were a few months short of 10 years. Got a bunch more years to go on this Weber.

I saw that one the other day. Not quite the same. Mine has tall lid so you can cook a roast or whole chicken indirect, or smoke.
So, I bought it.
Then I sent them an email asking why the tank hose is only two feet long. How the heck am I supposed to reach the tank? Dumb. My old hoses (but they don't have a regulator ) are four feet long.
I will be asking that they authorize Johnstone BBQ to make up a hose for me, at their expense.
My brother-in-law is a Napoleon dealer and all other things propane and natural gas ( but he's out in Chilliwack ) so I bought it here in North Van. He advised me long ago that the big box stores buy name BBQs that appear to be exactly the same, but they have specified cheaper parts ( like inferior wheels ) so they can sell for cheap. Of course they also buy in bulk.

This is the manufacturer's page for this grill: TravelQ™ PRO285 Portable Gas Grill
The manual shows it mounted on an optional stand (the hose would likely reach) and on a picnic table (with the hose routed more directly over the table edge).

I think with the photo of the tank on the table beside the grill, you answered your own question.
You could also use a high-pressure extension, with whatever combination of adapters you need on the ends to make it work. I haven't seen the whole thing ready-made, but a common stove-to-tank hose plus a "steak saver" adapter does the trick.
It seems unusual to me to sell a grill set up for use on a table top (no long legs) and a bulk tank (rather than a one-pound disposable). If it had its own legs it would probably sit lower than it does on a tabletop, and the provided hose would reach a tank on the ground.
