I think its time to see if there is enough interest to set up a group buy.

Most of the marine grade ones were in the same price range as this one. Most vendors sell this one for about $270-360 (Here is one link - CLICK), and I paid even less from the manufacturer. At about $80 more than the Weber Q 100 (which does work good), I really do believe it really was worth it.[/QUOTE]
You stated you paid less at the manufactures site but I see it is listed for $436.56. Am I missing something?

Not from the site itself, but from the manufacturer if you call for a quote.

I've seen the Weber 100Q for $125.00 in Oregon. No tax!

Question for those of you who have added the low pressure regulator to your Spitfire180's: given that the regulator protrudes so far off the side, how to you pack it in order to avoid snapping it off at the stem in transit? I'm thinking about constructing a wood box, but that seems like enough work to avoid if one of you have already resolved the issue. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide!

I pack mine away under the drivers side dinette seat. I added cleats to the floor so it can't move, and keep the cover on it.

I can take and post a photo later, just letting the last coat of polyurethane I put on the new cork floor dry right now.
