Instant Pot Recipes?

We recently purchased an Instant Pot DUO60-V2 and have become instant fans. Navy beans cooked to perfection in 30 minutes! Even when boondocking, our little Honda EU2000i should be able to handle it easily (draws 1000W on high). So for those of you who are veterans with the Instant Pot, what are some of your favorite camping recipes?

This might be more of a cooler weather recipe, but we made it for the potluck at the rally in Osoyoos. Easy prep and the pot was empty in about 30 minutes, so I think the recipe is a keeper!

A little trickier but the biggest hit when I used mine was cheesecake. Much easier was flan made with sweetened condensed milk. I've also done a pulled beef type thing as described above. (Still learning new recipes so following this thread.)

We use this one to make pulled pork sandwiches with the Instant Pot. Only change is I add a dash of mustard powder and liquid smoke, and cut back slightly on the sugar. Yummy.

Does look yummy. Too late to try for our 4th of July cookout (today!), but we'll try it soon. Thanks....

It's really good Dale, but it's a workaround. Can't compare to the pulled pork I make at home with the smoker, but 2 hours is sure easier than 12-14.

My wife is the meat smoker in our house. Chicken, turkey, pork ribs, Boston butt, salmon - you name it, she'll smoke it! All yummy!

I guess the word "Pot" in the title can infer something totally different in some states! Seems like every other week another state is legalizing recreational use. Not to turn this into a political thread, but I have a sister in Colorado who works for social services/child protective services, and legalized marijuana is tearing apart a lot of families. Some parents are spending all their money on pot rather than providing even basic necessities for their children. So sad. Now, back to favorite FOOD recipes utilizing the "Instant Pot" brand electric pressure cooker (how's that for more clarity?).

I'm with you Mike, just thought they all had Medical cards or lived in WA when I saw this.
