Pay someone to do it?
I was at Escape this afternoon to pick up some cut and polish product and got to talking with Tammy. She had mentioned that she knew of a few people in the Abbotsford/Chilliwack area that got their Escape's detailed. She thought that this costed approx $150.
Can anyone recommend a place that does this? And is it really true that it would only cost $150?? I think that would be well worth looking into and save myself the time to not have to do it myself

If I could find someone to do that for $150, I would be on their doorstep ASAP. I just never seem to have time to do it.

What a couple of slackers!
Throw on some shorts, crack open a beer, put on some tunes and enjoy being outdoors. 8)
Next thing you know... the neighbours stroll by an' start chattin'. Get 'em a beer, get 'em some polish. Show off your pride and joy.
or try to talk your wife into doing it for ya.

The first option might work but not the second one.

That's what neighborhood teenagers are for... I mean without *some* purpose we would have gotten rid of them long ago, wouldn't we?

I try not to think of how much time I spend cleaning, polishing and waxing trailers and vehicles. 150 bucks sounds cheap. Around here you wouldn't be getting a quality job for that kind of money.

It'll be a while before we can do anything in shorts here. We were out washing our 19 yesterday and darn near froze our butts off. 6 C !!! While washing, I noticed at the rear of the 19, right below the window, there are some dark stains where the rain water flows down from the roof. I couldn't get them out with soap and water. Anyone know of a product out there that will remove these stains?

I use Turtle Wax Bug 'N Tar.
Good for bugs and tar too.

Goof Off is a product that I've had good success with.

Yeah, the first option might work, but the second one would cost me way more then the $150 in grief, just trying to get her to do it. LOL
