Probably should reign in Quebec before expanding with Florida. But if Canada really wants Florida, you can have it as far as I am concerned! :LOL....FLOOR

Nah. No deal. You want Florida, you have to keep Quebec too.

Jim could you invade Washington State first? I would emigrate to Canada in a heartbeat but Paul and I are too old and not rich enough to meet your immigration requirements!

We did that in 1812, I guess we should have pushed all the way.

For those who don't know what the posters are referring to regarding the recently spawned ads, the captures below show the browser before Adblock Plus and after Adblock plus:

Hmm, I downloaded adblock plus and still get the ad. My computer shows it as a downloaded program too. Wonder what I'm doing wrong.

You might need to set up the plugin.

Typically, you have to close the browser once the add-on is installed, then when you reopen it, it asks you to confirm activating the add-on. It differs slightly depending on which browser you use.

What kind of computer? on my android phone I'm supposed to setup the proxy for it to work, unfortunately it has no setting for such, time to upgrade. The windows laptop needed no such.

You can set up the proxy on an Android device- unless it's a very old version of Android. Go to your WiFi settings, and press and hold the network you are connected to. A context menu will appear, and you choose "modify network". Click the advanced settings, and you will see a place to configure the proxy. It should say "none". Change it to "manual", enter localhost as the proxy address, and change the proxy port to 2020. Save and you're done. Your Android device will now filter ads using the WiFi connection.

I read that too, I get no context menu, just a forget network or change password popup. Like me, it's too old to change.

Meh... just live with the ads. No biggie. Better than getting a new phone.

PS - I just re-read your post. The 'forget network' context menu usually comes up when you click on the network, rather than press and hold. Don't want to sound stupid, but did you press and hold and not click?
