Picking options for 2019 Escape 17-B

We want extra insulation package with thermal windows but what are the pros and cons of Framed vs Frameless? Is this just cosmetic/looks type of thing?

IMHO, the frameless can be opened in rainy weather which we think is an advantage and look much (much) nicer. We had them on our 17B and when we upgraded to a 21, we ordered them again, with no regrets.

Not to be a troll but not once have I sat in the rain wishing I could open windows more then I do. In my 5.0TA I can open the roof vent of course, the bathroom and kitchen windows, as well as the emergency escape window at the dinette when it rains. Leaves me just 1 I can't open, although even that one I can open a bit. If I open the awning part way I can even open the door.

I'd get the frameless for the nicer look if I could.
