Fast work Janet - looks nice, but I bet that the Forum here still stays more popular. But it will be a nice place to share kitten videos........ Isn't that what Facebook is for.. or maybe that is YouTube... or Twitter....

To me this is my favorite forum! I love how fast we can get answers to our challenges.

i use Facebook to keep in touch with family/friends that i don't see everyday. It's OK for that but i really like this forum. I can get answers to many questions and yes I am one of the irritating ones who ask questions that have been answered in prev posts - i am bad at using the search function. I like that its a little social /quirky. Its fun to meet people after reading their posts for so long.

I strongly agree with this and it is the community that I enjoy as much as the technical learnings etc. I enjoy my Facebook place less and less. I administer a couple of groups there that have specialized interests, but by and large I don't think Facebook is nearly as much a community as this forum is. I don't mind the thread drift. I even posted a photo of what one restaurant termed "poutine" only to be told that real poutine doesn't have eggs in it.

I didn't know that. Proof positive that this forum is a full of technical knowledge.

Does facebook have a "I don't do facebook button"

If we like all boycott it, it will like probably not like make it and like the Escape facebook page will be used by like the generation that can't talk for like two minutes without like using the word "like" 12 times or twice in every sentence!

That generation has already left Facebook. My daughter does not post there.
All I found was my sister-in-law announcing that she was going to have a cup of coffee and go to work. So, I unfollowed her.
