21' Ordered Today!

Hello! Hubby and I ordered our 21' Escape today! So excited to start on this adventure: picking out flooring, Formica, fabric and all the other stuff as well as planning the cross-country trip to pick up our new trailer. We knew it was meant to be when we were introduced to a couple who live 10 minutes from our house who had just purchased a 21' Escape. Viewing the trailer sold us. We are both looking forward to reading more interesting posts on the forum and hopeful we will be able to share some interesting posts of our own!

I hope you love your 21 as much as we do. The wait will be worth it. Congratulations on a very sound choice!

Just curious what completion date you were given with your recent order.

21escape

Hi to all you Escapees . I just went up to the ETI. Tue and almost finished my build sheet . Sarah told me to sleep on it and call her and doc sign it from home . I was super impressed with the camper 21 . We met some people from Texas that were going camping in BC Canada until this VIN number thing is resolved . they will have ETI export it to USA . There were lots of people looking at trailers on Tue and there remodel and new building is coming along nicely. I'm very excited to get my trailer in Nov . Hope to see some more Escapees this Fall. I wonder if we saw you guys talking to Sarah or Christa ?

BTW we sold our Snoozy right away These FG trailers really hold their resale

Congratulations Jenny on the quick sale of your Lil-Snoozy and the nearly completed build sheet. Thanks for the activity report at ETI. Things are happening!

I was at ETI last Thursday and Sarah said they weren't doing tours due to all the construction going on. You got lucky since you're getting a tour!

Those of us who have the chrome wheels and flats wished they had ordered the spare in chrome also, easier to replace. Also a toilet shut off is desirable.

On the new build sheet they list it as Aluminum Rim Package and you get 5. No more having to specify how many you want.

Well, that's convenient. We had to order the aluminum spare.

quick thoughts:

- rotate stove for more counter space
- counter extension by kitchen sink
- additional exterior outlets, depending on your needs/wants

I bet they found that folks mostly ordered all five, and simplified things a bit now for ordering.
