Hello!

Hi everyone:

My family and I are new to camping together, but both my husband and I went out quite a bit in our youth. Due to too many fun times missed out with friends these past summers, we've decided to go full-out and invest in a new trailer (looking at the 19' model). We were thinking we might want a Safari Condo Alto, but given the size, and that we are a family of four, we think the Escape might better suit our needs.

We were wondering if someone near us (Edmonton) who owns a 19' might be willing to let us have a look at their unit (this might be quite a task, especially because of the time of year) so we can move forward with our decision and take a trek out to Chilliwack (flights to Abbotsford are not too bad for January!) if need be!

If anyone could let me know, or has any advice I would really appreciate it. The Escape looks like a great fit for us!

Thanks, and Happy New Year!

Welcome, meladori! I am sure you will hear from someone in your area. Yes, the 19' is a good one and you won't be disappointed.

Welcome.
The minute I stepped into the Escape, immediately I knew it was the one for me. I had been looking for two years, and drove over 200 miles to see one "in the flesh". Further, there will be choices that no one else offers.

Welcome to the forum.

There are two Daves with 19's near you, one in Beaumont, the other I think in St Albert.

Welcome

Welcome aboard! I know you will find all the help you ever hoped for on this site. Friendly knowledgeable people and the best small travel trailer anyone could ever ask for. We just picked up our 19' and are having as much fun outfitting it as we did working on the build. We haven't even taken it out yet, but will be taking a maiden voyage soon. Like you, we are just learning, but feel confident our Escape friends will keep up steered in the right direction.
