Hello from Juneau, Alaska

Just heard about Escape 5.0TA after searching for a small fifth wheel. Seems like I've found it, now have to convince the "Misses" and check one out in person!

Hi Ken,
We too live in Juneau and have a 19 Escape on order with a delivery date of July 2016. This is a great forum with a whole lot of really helpful members. As Tom said we should get together for a cup one of these days.

Careful though, or Tom will lead you astray, or at least to the Alaskan. He did that to me when I was in Juneau in June. Gotta admit, I did have fun.

I had a good time with you too Jim .... but I thought it was you who lead me astray! Really enjoyed meeting your family and having dinner together too.

Hello Cody, Thanks for the welcome.

Just found out about Escape trailers yesterday, after spending quite time looking at other rig options.

Can I ask you why a 19 ft?

Regards
Ken

Ken,
Everyone has their own reasons and ours is mainly because we already have a vehicle that is capable of towing a 19 but not a 5.0. Also I like the option of having a pickup with a canopy. Maybe someday we will go from a 19 to a 5.0 like jim Bennett is doing, time will tell. Have you looked at the article in trailer life on the 5.0? Makes it really tempting. All the Escape trailers are a great and they seem to really hold their value.
