Hi from Seattle -- with a question

Hi folks -- I live in Seattle with my wife and daughter and we don't have a travel trailer yet. We are interested in an Escape 13 because we like the advantages in weight and towability more than having more space inside. We live outside when we camp and mostly want the trailer in order to have a "hook up and go camping" setup.

I got interested in FG trailers because they seem to be a lot more durable and lightweight than other trailers. Escape trailers seem particularly nice and well made.

I've looked for information about purchasing a used trailer in Canada and bringing it into the US and there seems to be a lot of confusion out there. If anyone could point me to some definitive guidelines I'd really appreciate it. There seem to be a lot more FG trailers available up in BC than down here in Seattle.

Thanks,

Mark

Mark, I would also consider the 15. It is 2' longer and marginally heavier.

That and there are only a few 13 footers out there so would be harder to find one.
