I did it!

(Posted this on my previous "wanted" thread, but thought I'd introduce myself here too.)

Yesterday I became the proud new owner of a 2005 17B! My plan is to live full time in "Sarandipity" come spring. I'm a photographer, artist, and writer and have dreamed of being able to go on the road while doing these things. I'll escape (heehee, pun intended) the Arizona heat in the summer, and be able to come back and visit during the lovely winter months. I'm giving serious thought to ordering a new 21', so this gives me a chance to test the waters in my 17 and see what sort of options I might want when I order the larger size. Or, maybe the 17 will turn out to be just the right size and I will hang on to her... Nice to have choices, and a place to be while waiting for the production of a new one if that's the case.

I want to thank Greg and Janea. I couldn't have asked for a nicer couple to deal with when buying my very first trailer. And thanks to every one here that has already given me great input on my other two threads. Hopefully, I'll be able to meet many of you at the rally in Sedona this winter.

Good to hear your dream came true. Can't go wrong with an Escape even if the size doesn't work out, you saw first hand how quick they sell. Best of luck.

Congratulations Sara. Nice to be able to 'try out' a 17 and see if it works for you. My suspicion is that if you camp alone, the 17b will be all you'll need. Great trailer.
