It's Time

My wife and I have decided it is time to get back to some camping. I got to thinking about it and "roughing it" was not in the cards any longer. Toured a 17ft escape last year and decided that was a close to "roughing it" as I wanted to get.

I have a 8 year old daughter that needs to see the country before she turns into a teenager and gets to where she can't stand to be around us.

Would be happy to host if any interested, Water, Power. Space complex is close.
Titusville FL.

If anyone gets a line on a good used 5.0 let me know.

Tom.

Life is too short, go camping.

Good luck finding what you are looking for. There will probably be 5.0's coming available as owners move to the 5.1 TA. Biggest challenge will be location. The largest concentration of Escapes are a very long distance from you.

Also there will be a gathering in Tennessee where there will be several Escapes
TN 7th Annual Eggscursion April 24-27, 2014 Townsend, TN - Fiberglass RV
That may be a little closer. The cg has cabins for those without campers, try to stop in Tom.

I think Escape builds the best trailer for the money and that's why I'm buying one. However, you need to view as many different brands/layouts as possible to know you're making the best decision for you and your family. I'd suggest attending the gathering at Sebring, FL (Highlands Hammock SP - February 10-15): SOI - 16th Annual Scamp Camp 2014 | Scamp Owners International

It's NOT strictly a Scamp Gathering. Last year there were (at least) Bolers, Scamps ,Casitas, EggCampers, Parkliners, UHauls and others present.

Best of luck in your decision!
