Speaking of.
A package of two rolls RV TP at Home Hardware in Osoyoos was almost $6.
For the same price, I got 12 double rolls of TP at the AG grocery in Osoyoos.
Package says safe for septic systems and my understanding is that that means safe for RV holding tanks as well.

The stuff from Canadian Tire is designed to dissolve in high humidity.
