New owners of 19' Escape

Good Evening All,

Shelley and I are pound new owners of a 2010 19' Escape. It was the one posted last Monday. We were so excited to pick the trailer up that we loaded up that day and drove seventeen hours through the night to Chilliwack to pick up the new to us "Bears Den". It was beyond my expectations.

I spent 30 minutes talking to Tammy on the phone and really was impressed with integrity that appeared to "ooze" from the company. They were very helpful and truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. What a great company.

I have as looked at airstreams and bigfoots as well. I am really happy that we were able to finally find a trailer as well built as these. Conventional trailers had really left something to be desired in longevity and maintenance. Each to his own, I guess.

After spending two nights in the trailer and towing it home I am really impressed in how it handles. And can not wait for the summer to come.

Shannon and Shelley, congratulations on your new 19'! May you have many good camping nights in it. And don't hesitate to ask questions.

And, I'll need some advice for camping near Whitewood and Stockholm.

Congratulations on your purchase! I haven't felt like a kid the night before Christmas in a LONG time but that's how I felt for months waiting for our trailer to built. No surprise you drove 17 hours in the dead of night to pick your baby up. Kudos to you!

Thanks All

The name the previous owners named the trailer the "Bears Den". Not sure if we are going to keep it the same or rename it. Time will tell.

Just yesterday I Streetview walked down the main street in Whitewood. I found that there was a new police station where there used to be a building with a single cell. The cell was left unlocked and we would play in there when I was about 10 years old.
The beer parlour looks exactly the same. Couldn't find our house.

Congratulations on the purchase of the new to you 19. The previous owners had many, many great trips and fantastic memories with their den and would be very pleased to hear just how excited you both are.
Hope you have many fantastic and memorable trips.

Welcome Shannon to the forum and having an Escape, looks like the first in SK, I see you put yourself on the map. Now you should send provincial flag to Escape Ind. (unless you took them one already)

I am looking forward to visiting Saskatoon for a conference next month, love the city, we lived there from 78-81 and our eldest son was born there.

Hope you can make it some year to the Manitoba vintage and egg rally in August.

Adrian
