Check every mail box you have. Could they perhaps have gone to the trash because your email provider thought they were spam? Others have suffered this fate. OR, have you changed email addresses and somehow ETI doesn't know it or entered the information wrong and some other person is receiving your pics? I'd contact ETI. They're very good about sending pictures.

Pick up day....

We arrived at 9 am and were met by such friendly people who got our orientation underway. There was a lot of information to remember but with such knowledgeable staff who were well prepared to answer all our questions, we didn't feel hurried at all. By 11:30 we were on the way to the border following Michael.
It took us 1/2 hour in line to cross and Michael was waiting at Bob's Burgers. He spent time with us hitching up, answering more of our questions and he left us feeling confident we could proceed safely.
Bob's parking lot is large enough that we didn't feel rushed when unpacking from our truck into the trailer. Be prepared for rain as it was overcast and rainy during our entire stay in Chilliwack

That is unusually late. They must have gotten busy.

Do we love our new 5.0?

Sorry to be making multi posts, but I writing as we drive and frequently losing wifi connection.

We are very pleased with the finished look of the cupboards, the quality of workmanship as well as our fabric choice and counter tops!
Escape trailers sent us off with batteries charged to 90%, both propane tanks filled, 1/3 water in our tanks...they prepared us to travel!
Moving from our Casita, we have soo much more space. The factory mattress will work perfectly for us, love the new soft close outer door, awesome awning and outside lights!

It is pulling like a dream as we trek along. It follows so easily due to pivot being over the axle, no lag between turning wheel and trailer responding. We are floating along!
Our gas mileage is averaging 13.8 mpg! Without trailer it was 20.5, can't believe we r getting a wee bit better mpg with 5.0 than with our 2016 17' Casita!
Yup, we are lovin' it!
