Towed it home today!

Although I have been a member of this forum for a few months, my family and I are now officially "members of the club". We towed our "new" 2014 E19 home today. Then my wife and I proceeded to experience the joy of sitting in our empty trailer talking about storage, modification, etc as we toasted with a cold adult beverage.

So excited for new adventures in our dream trailer.

Welcome! I remember doing exactly what you describe doing after we took possession a couple of years ago. And we haven't looked back. Enjoy!

It is kind of a fun story. An Escape 19 became our dream trailer about 5 years ago, but we could just never justify the money. I have been looking at used ones online for some time, but again, never ready to make it happen.

Well, my wife and I finally decided it was time to pull the trigger to just make it work to buy a new one. We scheduled a trip to Chilliwack to start the process. We decided to make it a fun getaway for us and our daughter to stay at Harrison Hot Springs and visit ETI.

Two days before we were scheduled to leave, I found what was to become our new trailer on this forum. Drove to Portland the next day and the rest is history.

We still went on our trip to Harrison Hot Springs, stopped at ETI and had a great time. As soon as we got back, we drove right back to Portland to pick it up.

Cheers!

Simply luck was on your side. Resulting in now owning an Escape with that cool door.
Enjoy!!!
