Wanna be "17B Escape Owners" in North Vancouver, BC

So my recently retired husband and I are seriously considering purchasing an Escape Travel Trailer to do some touring/camping in BC and in the United States. We are considering purchasing a 17B used trailer, but if we can't find one, we might place an order for a new one. Does anyone have or know of a "checklist" and/or a video of what to look for when considering purchasing a used Escape Trailer. What are the components of the trailer that most often fail or become problematic as the trailer ages? Any help appreciated.

A very nice 17B was just posted in the classifieds here-check that forum. Not sure about a checklist but I'm sure others will comment on that. You can use the search function to see what may be available.
