I was wondering if he'd ever acknowledge all the helpful answers. Noticed he posted and had no further activity, (but maybe he was viewing without signing in.?)

Maybe he didn't want to wait (schedule) to have a custom ETI trailer? Airstreams are available at dealers. I could buy a brand new one today about 15 miles from my house.

He said in OP that he was about to buy a used Airstream.
So, maybe the replies are / were no longer relevant to him.

Glenn- you know I've suspected "trolls"...i.e. a post with a provocative question where the poster disappears soon/immediately afterwards. This is a classic example. Anyone who owns a business and knows anything about how Google works....

Humm, I'm not thinking troll. Sometimes folks join forums or Facebook or whatever expecting other folks to give them "permission." I'm not sure the OP was expecting an answer as much as his decision was Okay.

It's like knowing the difference when someone is asking BEFORE they make the decision (opinion) or AFTER they've made the decision (acceptance). I think the OP was asking for acceptance. Wrong forum to ask THAT question...

The grammatical errors and not knowing what "RV" stands for? I'm with Rossue on this one. But troll or not, he received courteous responses from all the well mannered classy folks on this forum.

What was he trolling for? What did he catch? Why are we discussing this? Maybe he caught his limit?

I thought he/she/it was bogus from the get-go.

Glen, my guess is the troll got his giggle from all the Escape owners posting their answers.
Perhaps he/she/it is someone with a sticky or some sticky dealer?

Anyway, it gave some Escape Owners an excuse to post their views.

Sometimes I think we get ESL students doing their homework, but that's usually just spell check.

In my line of work I err on the negative. Perhaps too often.

I hope u r right, Glen. Too much negativity and too many people playing games in the world.
