Got all the paperwork from ETI today!

Now I have to wait 10 days until I can get to the DMV. I hope I get the same person I had when I registered the 5.0. I waited in line longer than the registration took.

How long after receiving the paperwork do you start getting build pictures?

I got first photos about 4 or 5 weeks prior to build date.

About 4 weeks prior to your completion date.

We received an email from escape having to do with paperwork and said we will receive a packet in the mail soon. I'm assuming there will be a completion date included, as far as I know it's still in July sometime.

Emile,
Hope she is able to get her fill of camping this summer. I remember when you first ordered you talked about using it for hunting camp! Hope you get your wish!

I have two campground reservations this fall for bow hunts, one in NH and another in northern Maine. I usually spend these consecutive weeks in a tent but will opt to use the trailer this year.
I'll make sure to get a few family trips in before that time, we both like Russel pond state campground a lot, ever been there?

We haven't been to any of the campgrounds..... We haven't been tenters and this is our first trailer. We jumped in with all four of our feet....sight unseen.... and we are excited to say the least! 24 days til our build sheet is due. This forum has been the best. Such great people to share their knowledge with all of us! We've made several changes on the build sheet due to the great info shared here!

looking forward to seeing your build pictures, although all build pics are mostly the same there are always small differences unique to each individual's tastes. What's even more enjoyable is following a persons adventurous journey to ETI for pickup! Love following those.

Got the new plate and registration Monday. As usual, I waited in line for over an hour, but the registration took 15 minutes. Nobody there understood exchange rates, so we compromised. They wanted to charge me tax on the $29500 base price, but I got them to use the $25000 down payment I sent in. Tammy was nice enough to put the amount in both USD and CAD. I had a copy of the conversion as of Monday with me, but the gentleman who worked with me insisted he needed the one for the day I "bought" it. So I did not get the 23500 effective on Monday, but I did not get the 29500 either. I count that a win. AND I got a permanent plate, so I will not have to buy another one for this trailer. When I registered the 5.0 in 2011, she told me permanent tags were not longer available for camping trailers. Different people? Different years? Who knows?

It all happened so quickly. We got a phone call from ETI one evening last week to confirm our address, then got our first photos the next day... and then our paperwork came in the mail today! When Charlie came home from work we went down to the Town Clerk's office. With all the papers that ETI sent, we had everything we needed. It probably took about 1/2 hour as we were also renewing registration for 2 vehicles. The key is we got plates!!
