We're excited to be picking up our new 17B on Thursday! I am curious what fellow BC Escape owners have for insurance. It seems that for replacement insurance ($34000) through BCAA with liability ($2Mil.) it will be about $500/yr. Is this in line with what others are paying or should I do some more shopping around? Has anyone been able to get replacement insurance through ICBC?
Thanks!

Mine is from HUB International, in Chilliwack. Full replacement and more.
ICBC basic and plate is on top of that.
How much insurance costs you depends on trailer, where you live, where it's stored and even your credit rating.
If you double click on the second picture you can enlarge it ( on a Mac, anyway ). Paid $262 last year.

Paid $300 last year for our 19 from Coast Capital. Got a quote from BCAA this year and they quoted around $500 so we stuck with Coast Capital. Our ICBC insurance is about $80.

We also insure through Coast Capital but we pay a little less with our 55+ discount. We made a total loss claim a while back (ask me how I feel about loaning out my trailer) and we got a brand new 2nd generation replacement with no hassle. There has been no increase in our premium as a result of our claim and we got to add the stuff to our trailer that we missed the first time around.
