Insurance on 19

I am looking into insurance for my 19, due in April '17. Spoke to my current insurance co, The Hartford (AARP insurance), and was told that they would not insure my trailer if I lived in it, (will be full timing). Also, they don't cover contents.
So I will need a different company. Has anyone else who is full timing had a problem getting insurance? Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned that I'll be living in it Any info/recommendation would be appreciated!

If you did that, you are effectively uninsured.

Yeah, that's what I figured. So, who insures full timers?

Might want to talk to that Escapees Club. The one with mobile home parks around the U.S.

Might post the question on either the rv.net full-time forum or the Escapees forum at rvnetwork.com

Escapees, yes... but those are RV parks, not mobile home parks. Quite different - mobile homes are not RVs (they are not used for travel).

This may make some member gasp, but I wonder if Good Sam could help you? I say gasp, because of the amount of junk mail received from Camping World...

Except I know folks that live in "Park Models" in one of those Escapee parks. To me a Park Model is a mobile home.

I believe Norm and Ginny (FGRV) have a mobile home type structure and their trailer in one of these parks.
