2012 17B for sale. Loaded. $18,000. Northern California.
Sadly selling ‘The Chameleon’ as i now have horses and they refuse to load in the Escape. Trailer is fully loaded and in good condition. Included when i bought it in 2015 was AC, front cargo box, extra insulation with insulated windows, stainless sink and 3 burner stove top. Have cover which i removed. Stereo with speakers was built in, i removed it but still have it ready to reinstall. Bike rack. Front dinette converts to bunk. I removed that dinette hardware but have it all including screws. Previous owner custom made a rear dining table that easily converts to small dinette, u shaped sofa, and, of course, bed. Can be changed to factory regular dinette, non u shaped, by reinstalling table stand and removing center back upholstery. I have all parts. Weight distribution hitch came with it and i never used it. Probably other extras i am not thinking of. No window in bath.
Work i had done (at ETI) was to install surge protector, removable power cord, LED light package, 1500 watt inverter with transfer switch to all outlets. Solar panel, captains reading lights at bunk and rear dinette. Counter extensions at rear dinette. Dual 6 v batteries. Changed old pull to the side grey tank drain to front pull. (Side of the trailer but no needing to reach under.)
Done here in Northern California- new tires, repack bearings, new microwave. CA license current this month. Trailer has been stored under shelter since i got it and waxed every year.
Will get pictures tomorrow but they will be dim as it may NEVER stop raining in the Sierra Foothills! Oh, in the interest of full disclosure, there are a few spots where the finish is off the walls when i tried to remove some tape the previous owner left. Also, Upholstery looks a little tired to me though no holes or rubs. i have washed it twice. Included in the sale is the expensive water resistant fabric i bought to reupholster. There were pets (dogs) in the trailer. Non smoker. Just a crazy lady who is starting to ride again at 75!
