We have tried to reply to all who sent us PM's. We now have build sheet and pics available to sent to e-mail addresses. If you would like, let us know. We are asking 28K US dollars. At present we are traveling from the Calgary area to Colorado via interstate, no side trips as we need to get home. Thanks for the interest.

We are now in Casper, Wyoming, onto I-25 and south into Colorado tomorrow. We have received several emails asking for photos and have tried to reply, however, with the erratic wi-fi service, may have missed some requests. If you are looking for photos of the 21' for sale, along with the options we ordered, please re-email us: kachinasail@gmail.com. thanks

For those who asked or are interested: Yes, an air conditioner can replace one of the Maxx fans according to Reese. The wiring is in place. And yes, it is 90 degrees here in Longmont Co today, and I see the need for air if you chose to be in a place this hot!

21', 2016 change in plans
We are now home in Colorado, the 21' is for sale. We've had lots of inquiries and some have even let us know they are not interested, thanks for that. In case I missed you, PM me with your e-mail address and I will send pics. As soon as we get it clean, I can take new photos of the inside to post. We now have 2 tables, the regular one, and a smaller one that ETI built for us. All is working well, and we may reconsider now that we've paid for the license/sales tax. Once some initial issues were dealt with, the 21' gave us a great trip and returned home as good as new, except for the dirt/bugs on the outside that we need to tackle ASAP.

Just out of curiosity since I live in Colorado, what was the license/sales tax on your 21? I am seriously considering buying a 2017 5.0TA and the costs will be similar. Did you have to pay all of that before going to get the trailer?

You normally pay the taxes when you apply for title and registration in order to get tags. If you already have a trailer then when you transfer the tags to your new vehicle you will pay any additional fee. So when and how much depends on your state's requirement. Some states require physical possession to acquire tags so you would pay after picking up the trailer and returning home. Some may allow tags before possession, again it varies by state.

How much you pay for the tags depends on the county and state in which you are registering the trailer . What we paid does not necessarily apply to your situation. Your county office can give you an idea of the rate if you ask. Since we picked up the trailer in Chilliwack, we did not pay till we returned to CO. Our county was gracious enough to give us temporary tags for 2 months (usually it's only one) and we went in with our paper work yesterday to apply for the title and register it. You may not find all county offices that accommodating. We were not transferring tags from another trailer.

You do realize you can ask for a "read receipt" to your message when sending a private message
it is an option.
