Does it have:

- 18" or 22" deep rear dinette bench on back wall
- Foot flush toilet?
- Two-way hot water tank?

- Size of the inverter?
- Does the inverter feed all the outlets or just one?
- TV outlet in dinette area?
- Any reinforced walls?
Thanks,
Perry

Yes, it should read "fresh & grey."
The edit time on this forum is too short, about 3 hours. I caught the mistake about 5 hours later, but it was too late to edit. On the Fiberglass Forum the edit time is about 8 hours, much better for editing, but still too short. I taught, and many times students don't see their mistakes until they look at the paper a couple hours ( or the next class) later. That's a fact of editing life. I moderate a hyperactive recumbent forum, that uses the same basic software, and you can edit your post ten years later. It's never been a real problem and moderators can see the edit history if one ever would arise. I've never had to do it, and cyclists can get real testy with each other.
Enjoy,
Perry

Still Available? 19 Mar 2019
I am reading through the forum trying to locate a 5.0 or 5.0TA. We sold our Class A and are seriously interested in purchasing a trailer we can pull behind our 2016 Colorado 4X4. We really like the fifth wheel. If this trailer is available, please let me know. jodan0586@yahoo.com

Solar, power awning, three burner stove/oven, all LED, high lift axles, U-shaped dinette, frameless thermal windows, custom fabrics and counter, backup camera, full underbody foam insulation, microwave, three way fridge and separate freezer compartment, invertor, TV, booster antenna, mag wheels, AC, gas furnace, surge protector, stereo/DVD player, safe in one of the twin full height cupboards, full tinted awning windows, large capacity twin 6 volt storage batteries. Clean Missouri title, accident and damage free. The trailer was picked up, taken on a 6 month trip thru the southeast and is now set up on our lake view lot in a gated community in Bonne Terre (about one hour south of St Louis). It has been kept with heat on at 50 F and is only for sale because our first grandchild has recently arrived making future travel unlikely. The lot is also for sale. Replacement cost is over $38,000 with at least a six month wait.

In your original ad you stated: "Has every factory option except for the exterior shower." , but were missing some options in your original ad. I had friends who were interested in your 5.0 and in post 21 asked if you had those options. You never answered, so they purchased another 5.0.
I have another friend looking for a 5.0. Some of these are additional options we chose and are available from ETI.
Does it have:
- Two (340 watt) solar panels?
- 12 volt heat pads for the fresh & grey tanks?
- 2" or 4" rear dinette seat back pad on back wall?
- 18" or 22" deep rear u-shaped dinette bench on back wall
- Foot flush toilet?
- Two-way hot water tank?
- Any extra 12v, USB, or 110 outlets?
- Size of the inverter?
- Does the inverter feed all the outlets or just one?
- TV outlet in dinette area?
- Any reinforced walls?
Thanks,
Perry

Latest questions
As I had been directed to use private emails I didn’t even look back on the forum so didn’t respond to the questions you refer to. Actually in looking at the thread there seemed to be a fair bit of tangential material, interesting. Anyway, we have 160 in solar, 1500 Watt invertor feeding all circuits, extra 12v/USB outlets, TV over the top of the stairs to the bed - reverses and suits our needs at either end of the trailer, 4 inch cushions, no idea about the dinette depth and I dont recall reinforcing being an option when we ordered the trailer but we have added stiffer structure to the bed supports for the dinette (makes up as a single or full “Escape” size bed, and the upper stairs (now 1.5 inch glued and screwed lamination). The great thing about the situation is we will sell when and if it is meant to be sold. Hope this addresses your queries. BTW we also installed a waist level ZAMP connector at the rear of the trailer so we can add additional panels whenever we want. Glen

The Ides of May are soon upon us
Rather than lose good travel time we have decided that if our 5.0TA doesn’t find a new home by May 15th we will take it off the market and relist it in the fall to catch the attention of migrating “Snowbirds”, either way we have a workable plan for the coming summer months.

New photos of the 5.0 from April 26
Finally got down to the lake and took some additional pictures as per a couple of recent requests. As you can see photography is not one of my “gifts” but they were taken with a good heart.
