Welcome Gary and Myrl,
To our Escape world. Have you contacted ETI factory for a list of owners near you for you to tour one? They do come up for sale and you may want to be able to jump on it quick as they normally are sold within 24-48 hours. Hopefully a potential seller will see your wish and contact you.

We were just at a fiberglass ralley in Northern Oregon, the NOG. We were able to tour an Escape 19' and can see that should be our next trailer. We live in AZ and do not believe there are any 19s available for a tour by the owners. But, heck, might as well try.

We seriously are looking for an Escape 19. It has many more features that we like when we compare it to our Casita 17 Spirit Deluxe.

Thanks for the suggestion,
Myrl and Gary

Good luck, just stay watchful here for listings or right now Escape is offering $1,000 discount.

We are wanting to buy an Escape 19. We had a brief tour of one at the Fiberglass Trailer NOG about 2 weeks ago. That look is going to cost us big $$ as we realise that our Casita 17 is not quite the trailer we want. We would like to ask about your experiences with the Escape, buying, using, etc.

Casitas customize very little compared to Escape. Extra outlets, both 120v and 12v are common as well as lights. The list of options offered is quite extensive. A lot of forethought can help you purchase the trailer just as you like, not one off the showroom floor.

You shouldn't have looked
We took "the plunge" two years ago. Our experience with ETI gets all thumbs up. During the process of buying, phoning back and forth about the build sheet, answering questions we had, and the after-service is tremendous!
Once a while a used 19 will come up for sale, sold in no time.
We did he same: looking for used 19, ending up buying new.
Maybe make a list of options you like. Using ETI's website, you will be able to figure out price total on the 19 you like and need.
Buying used you might end up paying for options not on your wish list, or ending up with a trailer without options you would liked to have.
We are happy we bought new after all! Lots of fun to get your own build sheet ready. The waiting time, the anticipation, finally the hatching, receiving pictures of the build process, and the dealing with ETI, i am glad I didn't miss out on it.

Hi Mary,
We have ordered the build sheet and all the shiney brochures. But we are impatient! The only thing we MUST have is air conditioning as we live in Arizona. We are willing to drive from Yukon Territory to Florida to buy a 19'. Although, the $1000 off for the month of a May order is tempting...the delivery 6 months in the future is the big negative.
Thanks for your comments, Myrl and Gary

We are still looking for an Escape 19'! Call us or email us. Upfisk@aol.com or 928-231-3781

Thanks for the referral to the Escape 21. We are only interested in the 19'. And now having compared the Classic to the 2nd Generation, want only the newer 19'.

Escape 19' wanted

Well, no longer wanted. We put a deposit down on a new one. Delivery Oct 2. If you have a smoking good deal on one with no micro, no TV, no oven, AC, solar, 2-6 V batteries, forward fiberglass battery holder, inverter, transfer switch, high lift axle, insulation, and thermal windows...give us a call.

Thanks for all the advice,
Myrl and Gary
