I had actually calculated the time/cost to travel the distance to Virginia, that trailer looked so well planned out! The permanent front bed arrangement was brilliantly done. I knew it wouldn't last long, especially if someone on the east coast was looking.

I will really miss her. But she's going to a really nice couple who are experienced fiberglass RV campers. She will be in excellent hands!

It means that someone has made a deposit and that full price agreed upon has not been paid, just like when you purchased your Escape, you made a down payment and the trailer was not yours until you paid the balance due?

Usually a term reserved for a house, but an Escape qualifies as a house I guess.

Offer accepted, down payment made, but financial transaction yet to be completed. Murphy's law is always ready to exert its influence so I don't want to say "sold" just yet and jinx the whole thing.
