2008, 17’ Escape, Plan B, $18,000 CDN

The time has come to sell our trailer due to pending upgrade to a 5TA. The trailer has been lightly used, well maintained and stored under cover. It has several custom additions and modifications. Trailer is located in Victoria BC and will be available at the end of September 2014.

. custom kitchen counter including round marine stainless sink and single lever faucet
. furnace is located under fridge instead of in kitchen counter, this gives more storage space under counter
. fridge moved up (uses roof vent instead of side vent)
. conversion of small bathroom pop-up vent to 12 volt exhaust fan
. custom sliding/fold up table in front (still have original table)
. custom shoe rack under front table
. most interior lights are LED
. various other small enhancements

. cushions and fabric are in good condition
. trailer has been maintained
. the trailer is stored under a shelter
. tires are in good condition
. no really long trips

Really like what you did with the cabinets Chris.
I'll show this to a friend at work who's looking... It appears to be a nice light build - does it have provisions for a roof AC?

Paul, we did not get the AC at the time we bought it, so I think Reace will need to be asked if it can be retrofitted.

The AC requires a reinforcing saddle - essentially making a double layer under the AC. I think it could be added, but might require a trip back to the factory.

Right - at some point ETI started reinforcing all the 17s, whether the AC was ordered or not, in case someone wanted to add it later... I'm just not sure when.

I checked with Reace and they changed the mold at the end of 2008, so a roofmount AC cannot be installed on this unit.
