The camper is in excellent condition with a couple of exceptions. The wall covering and head liner is mint. Custom wood interior finish excellent condition. Head and shower near mint. Refrigerator excellent. Safety changes attachment points on the tongue have been beefed up. All counter tops, sink cover, range hood and tables mint. Awning is very good. Custom cushions in mint condition. Shades are excellent with one exception where the rear window shade has one broken blade and one bent blade on the bottom two blades. The shade still functions to provide complete privacy.
The Good:
2 new tires. Spare is used with very good tread.
New AC with 2 year transferable warranty in my name.
Repainted tongue and rear bumper/exposed frame.
New propane tanks cover.
New through wall for the electrical power cord.
New fitting on sewer hose.'
New cap over sewer and gray water tank discharge pipe.
The Bad:
The aft right stabilizer jack is bent; it functions normally.
The Ugly:
The linoleum floor has 3 separate obnoxious stains from a rooky doing stupid things. The stains are located where I normally had rugs laying on the floor so they were not visible. I suppose the up side is the floor can be replaced to suit your aesthetic preferance. It will be approximately $400 to replace the linoleum.
I have pictures of all the good, the bad and the ugly. You can send me an email at wbfann at hotmail.com and request pictures.
