2015 Escape 15A Trailer: Rare 15 ft. Model “A” in mint condition; $23,000 U.S.
Wonderful, compact fiberglass trailer that sleeps 3 from Escape Trailers Industries, foremost quality manufacturer of long-lasting beautiful fiberglass trailers in North America. Like-new condition (total 5,000 miles) and very well equipped with lots of extras (see below). A true dream to tow & maneuver with help from Anderson Anti-Sway hitch. Dry weight is 1600 lbs (add approx. 1000 lbs to estimate loaded towing capacity rating). ETI’s extensive standard features make this a very comfortable RV, with oak interior cabinetry, screens on large windows, pull down curtains on all windows, retractable screen door, Maxx Fan (900 cfm power roof fan) to note just a few of dozens of great features. To enhance our RV camping experiences, we added many quality & beneficial ETI options (listed below) when the factory built our trailer:
• Stainless steel 2-burner stove with stainless cover & range hood with fan (stove turned 90 degrees to increase counter space)
• Stainless steel sink & chrome faucet
• Counter extension by sink
• 2 additional windows (one over sink, one over front/small dinette by door)
• Detachable 25 ft. power cord
• Extra full insulation in walls & thermal windows
• Full insulation for underside of trailer
• Air conditioner on roof (11,000 BTU)
• Surge protector
• Extra 12V & 120V outlets, inside & out, plus interior USB charging outlet
• All LED interior lights
• LED porch light
• 4 add’l LED Captain’s reading lamps
• 2-way hot water tank
• Outdoor hot/cold shower with coiled snap-on hose with on/off shower head
• Portable compact marine/chemical style toilet slides out from inside front seat cabinet
• 2 Propane tanks (20 lbs each w/ auto-changeover regulator)
• Dual 6V batteries (232 amp hrs)
• TV ready with 120V outlet
• Receiver hitch for bike rack
• Exterior screen room (nice but never used)
• Hitch wheel

Escape’s Model 15A has two dinettes: large in rear that converts to generous double bed, small front dinette converts to single bed. Dinettes have large windows on all sides to enjoy views. Very efficient 3-way, 3.0 cu. ft. refrigerator that keeps ice frozen and uses minimal propane and runs on electric or battery as well. Microwave ready (110V plug in cabinet over refrigerator). Reliable furnace heater keeps you warm, dry and comfortable inside in coldest weather with climate-controlled thermostat. Great stainless two-burner stove mostly used for boiling water & breakfasts, as we typically cooked outdoors on portable gas grill. Outside shower, with hot & cold water, was extremely handy for washing up dishes outdoors. Exterior regularly cleaned and waxed with special RV fiberglass cleaning products and always cleaned interior after each use.

Our wonderful Escape 15A has been sold and now lives in Oregon. Thanks to all the nice folks on this forum who have helped us with a number of issues over the past couple of years.
